Shipping Policy
We aim to despatch your order within 1 working day [Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays], which means that you receive your order within 2 to 5 working days from the date it was despatched.
We offer next day delivery on stock items when an order is placed before 2pm (subject to stock availability). Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
We offer free delivery on all UK web orders over £150. Delivery on all UK web orders under this value will be charged at £6.75+VAT. Delivery to Republic of Ireland is £35+VAT.
If there is any delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
What happens if my box is not delivered?
Sometimes things happen. We’ll be happy to evaluate your situation on a case-by-case basis and figure out the most appropriate resolution. We will not issue any replacements or refunds for orders where issues are not addressed within 30 days of shipping.

Payment Method
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta and Maestro debit cards and Paypal. For all orders, UK VAT is applied at the current rate of 20.00% (where items are VATable).
Product Availability
Unfortunately, some products from time to time may be out of stock. We aim to inform you of any out of stock items as soon as possible once an order has been placed. We will hold these items on back order if you wish, and dispatch the rest of your order. You will not be charged for additional deliveries due to out of stocks.
