I want to return my ear wax removal purchase for a refund, what should I do?
If you are not 100% happy with your ear wax removal purchase from Xillo Medics, you can return it to us within 28 days of placing your order. Please let us know you wish to cancel your order within 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
All ear wax removal products must be returned unused, as new, in a saleable condition with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has not been returned in a saleable condition.
To return your ear wax removal item, just follow these easy steps:

Pack everything securely. Please include a copy of the invoice that you received with your order.

Please tell us the reason for your return. You can do this beforehand by emailing us at info@xillomedics.co.uk so we know to expect your package.

Post back to us at the address below. For your protection, we recommend using a recorded delivery service when returning your ear wax removal item(s), as we are not liable for any loss or damage during transit.
You will be refunded the original price paid for the goods in question, including any original delivery charges you may have incurred. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the item.

How long does it take to get a refund?
As soon as we receive the returned ear wax removal item, we will issue a refund to the card you used to make your purchase. You will receive an email from Xillo Medics to confirm your refund has been processed.
This refund is subject to standard bank clearing times and usually takes between 3 and 10 days depending on your payment method.

We understand that sometimes the ear wax removal product you ordered might not be exactly right, such as the wrong size or style. If you want to exchange your item, just get in touch with us and we will assist you! Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you receive faulty, incorrect, or damaged ear wax removal products, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We can arrange a replacement or refund, including any delivery charges you may have incurred. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please email us at info@xillomedics.co.uk (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm) within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange or return.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging. We will inspect the items and may pass them to the manufacturer for assessment. If we find no fault with the product, we will contact you to discuss the outcome. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in such cases.
If goods appear damaged deliberately or through carelessness, we also reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Help! I am missing something from my ear wax removal order, what should I do?
If you receive a shortage in your ear wax removal delivery compared to the delivery document, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@xillomedics.co.uk. We will arrange to send the missing product(s) to you promptly.
You will not be charged any postage fees for sending out short-delivered products.
